To transform our client’s forecasting capability, we employed advanced AI models and data intelligence to integrate third-party datasets, provide visibility into forecasts, and enable greater explainability of drivers while increasing accuracy. We worked with our client to build a sensing machine, leveraging 500 signals from more than 15 data sources to forecast consumer trends in the premium electronics market. Our client sought to improve forecasting and reimagine its growth strategy. We combined the company’s own data with high-frequency external data and AI in data analytics—covering more than 100 data sources with over 10 trillion data points—to generate accurate forecasts segmented by geography, channel, and other criteria. By optimizing cost efficiency and capital investment, the company saw up to $250 million in projected savings within five years.
